Kong Li the main antagonist of the show. His goal is to retrieve all the recipes from the Magic Cookbook, and destroy the magic force field that surrounds China Town, so he would be free to takeover the world. As long as the magic barrier holds, Kong Li is trapped inside China Town. Kong Li and Mei Wa (Nana) used to be close friends and fellow students, but that changed when he turned his studies to evil endeavors.
